FC Fisher - about my art

I am a recently retired landscape architect and historic building specialist. Landscape and old buildings therefore feature strongly in my artwork. Most of my subjects are in Scotland.

 

I have had some training and have had a few paintings hung in the Kelvingrove Gallery in Glasgow, the Smith Gallery in Stirling and the MacRobert Arts Centre. I have also exhibited on and off with various art clubs and small galleries.

 

In the last three years I have finally been able to concentrate on art. I spend a long time looking and thinking about painting.
