FC Fisher - about my art

I have worked as a landscape architect and historic building specialist. Landscape and old buildings therefore feature strongly in my artwork. I mainly paint landscapes and most of my subjects are in Scotland.

I have had some training and have had a few paintings hung in the Kelvingrove Gallery in Glasgow, the Smith Gallery in Stirling and the MacRobert Arts Centre. I have also exhibited on and off with various art clubs and small galleries.

In the last few years I have finally been able to concentrate on art. I spend a long time looking and thinking about painting. I see myself as a late bloomer.
